Hours:

Approximately 5 days (35 - 40 hours) per week. Working hours vary on a 7 day rota basis. Due to the nature of the business weekend work will be required, including bank holidays. Must be available for all school holidays.

The outlet:

You will be working across a range of outlets from ice-cream parlours to restaurant and fast food outlets.

The role:

Supporting the management team in ensuring the smooth running of the outlet.

Daily duties will include:

Ensuring a friendly welcome to all, providing impeccable guest service. Maintaining 5 food hygiene standards: completing daily checks, rotating and organising stock and labelling all products with accuracy, working to strict health and safety protocols.
Overseeing and conducting food and drink preparation of a variety of foods. Training the team and delegating tasks to ensure all checks and jobs are completed, always leading by example. Using the till, processing orders and following all cash handling procedures whilst controlling queues. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the outlet: mopping, sweeping, washing up etc. whilst making sure the presentation of the outlet is to a high standard.

Do you thrive working in a busy, high-energy environment? We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude to lead the team. As a supervisor you'll need to be people focused and demonstrate good attention to detail, ensuring the outlet is always ready for service. The ideal candidate will have catering experience, with food hygiene qualifications and/ or supervisory experience being advantageous.
