We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will assist with catering services, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality. Responsibilities

Support catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing food and beverages as required. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals during service periods. Assist in bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly. Help train new staff members on food preparation techniques and safety protocols as needed.

Skills

Experience in catering is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
