Part-time to start, progressing to full-time (up to 50 hours per week in peak season)

Job Overview

We need versatile and customer-focused

Front of House staff

with experience in

serving drinks, making cocktails, preparing coffee, and running food

. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

Serving drinks

, including making cocktails and preparing high-quality coffee.

Running food

and ensuring timely, friendly service to customers. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the bar and dining areas. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for guests. Handling payments and operating the till. Assisting with stock management and restocking the bar as needed.

What We're Looking For

Must be 18+

(due to alcohol service requirements). Previous experience in a

hospitality, bar, or cafe environment

is essential. Experience in

cocktail making, coffee preparation, and food service

is required. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work

weekends, evenings and bank holidays

. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred

(or willingness to obtain).
