Fife Coast and Countryside Trust (FCCT) are seeking a Seasonal Litter Operative to join our dynamic and effective Operations team.

Location:

FCCT Leven Depot (but working Fife wide)

Salary:

23,783.40 (pro rata)

Hours:

Full-time, working to a shift pattern 5 days on 5 days off (07:00 - 18:00; Mar - Oct)

Contract Type:

Fixed Term to 31st October 2025

About the role

To carry out the emptying of bins including removing litter from beaches, grass areas, roads, paths etc. using the necessary tools and equipment. To undertake the cleaning and stocking of the facilities we maintain under the direction of the Litter Lead Hand.

We are looking for a flexible and positive individual to join our team. You will bring with you the following skills and experience:

Full valid driving licence. Knowledge of Health & Safety practices. Previous experience of working in this type of work. Good communication and customer skills. Ability to work as part of a team or individually. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexible approach to tasks. Remains positive when faced with conflicting pressures. Able to carry out the duties of the post. Able to travel independently throughout Fife.
