What You'll Be Doing...



Delivering Exceptional Hospitality:

Welcome and host guests enjoying our hospitality packages, ensuring every interaction is personal, engaging, and memorable.

Supporting Smooth Operations:

Help ensure the Hospitality and Show Experience runs seamlessly, efficiently, and to the highest standard, maximising income opportunities while maintaining an exceptional level of service.

Excellent team morale:

Foster a positive, motivated, and inclusive team environment that inspires colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Collaborating Across Teams:

Communicate proactively with the Hospitality Experience Manager, theatre management, Head Red Coat, Hospitality Hosts and the wider Front of House team to ensure consistent and coordinated service delivery.

Taking Pride in Presentation:

Uphold the impeccable standards Red Coat Butlers and LW Theatres is known for - ensuring both personal appearance and the presentation of our theatre reflect the quality of our brand.

Knowing the Show:

Maintain a strong understanding of the production - including running times, latecomer policies, age guidance, special effects, and any cast changes to provide accurate and confident information to our guests.

Staying Ready, Informed and Flexible:

Take part in training, briefings and fire drills to ensure operational excellence, guest safety, and the ability to adapt smoothly to the ever-changing needs of our theatres and audiences.

What we need...

o Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and respond professionally to challenges.

o Previous experience working in hospitality, within the arts or entertainment industry

o Basic Health and Hygiene knowledge

We are recruiting for Red Coat Butlers to work

all performances

of the pantomime from Saturday 6 th December 2025 to 11 th January 2026 (the full performance schedule is available at LW Theatres).



Successful candidates will also be required to attend mandatory training on Wednesday 3 rd December, Thursday 4 th December and Friday 5 th December



Salary:

16.30 per hour, minimum 3.75 hour call per shift
