Temporary Retail Supervisor required

We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic Supervisor to work on our family owned farm for our Summer, October and Christmas periods in Addlestone, Surrey. Working in conjunction with the General Manager, you will need to hit the ground running and help supervise our diverse range of outlets on the farm (Pick Your Own Kiosk, Ice Cream Parlour, Cafe and Pop up Bar).

Have a hands on approach, this is not a back of house role and will involve weekend work. Providing excellent levels of customer service to represent The Farm in a positive light at all times and leading by example to ensure staff do the same. Ability to supervise staff working in a multiple kiosks, to ensure compliance with procedures. Running till reports and assisting with cashing up tills and weekly reconciliations. Assisting with stock control, logging deliveries and ordering stock.
Some prior retail or catering experience is essential, however personality, enthusiasm and the ability to think on your feet are far more more important for us!

There is limited public transport, so it's important you live near to the farm (Surrey) and can make your own way here.
