You will be working in our retail areas; serving customers with plants, products, gift vouchers etc., gift wrapping and stocking up. We are looking for motivated and cheerful individuals who can follow instructions and make our customers smile.

Key duties
Operating computerised till and EPOS system
Helping customers with enquiries, finding products etc.
Being friendly, polite and helpful to customers at all times
Cleanliness of your area of work
Labeling and pricing
Maintaining stock levels in selling areas and merchandising
Helping out with other duties as required
Your capabilities
You must like dealing with people, have good communication skills as well as being conscientious, enthusiastic and motivated
Ability to bend and lift customer's purchases to scan at till, and to pull/push trolleys and barrows
Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential as training will be given
Ability to work as a member of a team
A keen interest in plants and related products
Requirements
You may need to work some bank holidays but will be given a day's holiday in lieu
Flexibility to work extra hours in holidays and so on would be an advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Smart appearance
