We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Responsibilities



Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient operations and excellent service. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain high levels of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction through quality food and service. Supervise food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen operations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development is essential. Previous experience in restaurant management or team management is highly desirable. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
