We have an excellent opportunity for a

Full/ Part Time Second Pharmacist

to work in our pharmacy.

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Second Pharmacist to support the delivery of both NHS and private services alongside our Superintendent Pharmacist. This role offers flexibility, with either a full-time position (40 hours/week) or two part-time roles (20 hours/week each) available.

Responsibilities and Duties

Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring full compliance with GPhC regulations Provide expert advice and care to patients on medicines and healthcare services Support and supervise counter staff and dispensers Assist in delivering and promoting pharmacy services (e.g. NMS, flu vaccinations, BP checks, pharmacy first + Contraception) Ensure safe and effective operation of the pharmacy in the absence of the Superintendent Pharmacist Help maintain stock levels and ensure proper storage and record-keeping Foster strong relationships with patients, local GPs, and the wider community

Essential Qualifications and Skills

GPhC-registered Pharmacist (UK-qualified) Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, organised, and patient-focused attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to support staff development and continuous service improvement

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Monday - Saturday: 09.00 - 18.00

Part Time hours will also be considered for this role

Salary: Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and responsibilities
