Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons that inspire and challenge students. Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies aligned with the school's values and mission. Provide consistent and constructive feedback to support student progress and achievement. Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, reduce workload, and enhance teaching and learning. Participate in weekly coaching sessions to support professional development and continuous improvement. Contribute to the development and delivery of fully resourced schemes of work. Support students in achieving their full potential through personalized learning and pastoral care. Engage in a culture of high expectations and continuous feedback, not just marking.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Qualified teacher with relevant experience in secondary education. Strong subject knowledge in English. Commitment to the school's values of hard work, trust, and fairness. Experience in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons. Ability to provide consistent, constructive feedback to students.

Preferred

Experience with innovative teaching strategies and curriculum development. Experience in a school with a focus on feedback and professional coaching.
