Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith-designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018, and first intake of Nursery and Reception students in September 2022. The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.

What will you do?

Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons that inspire progress, achievement, and a love of learning for all pupils. Plan, assess, and adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring inclusion and high standards of literacy across all abilities. Create a respectful, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that upholds Avanti Fields School's ethos and values. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external partners to support pupils' academic and personal development. Take responsibility for safeguarding, professional conduct, and ongoing professional growth in line with school and Trust expectations.
