About the role

Heart of Supply is supporting one of our partner secondary schools in Lincoln, who are seeking a committed Secondary Geography Teacher to join their Humanities department from January 2026 for the remainder of the academic year.

This is a 4-day-per-week position with full teaching responsibilities, delivering high-quality Geography lessons. You'll be joining a supportive and welcoming school community where your subject expertise and enthusiasm will be valued.

The successful Secondary Geography Teacher will bring strong subject knowledge, confident classroom practice, and a genuine passion for engaging students in the world around them.

What you will need:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent UK secondary classroom experience Strong subject knowledge in Geography and the ability to deliver engaging lessons at KS3 and KS4 Effective behaviour management rooted in clarity, consistency, and respect Confidence in building quick rapport with students and staff A proactive, adaptable attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for Geography A minimum of 6 weeks' UK teaching experience (including placements)
