Job Advert Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Secondary Risk Assessment Unit (SRAU) Officer in (SRAU).

What you will be doing?

SRAU officer will have responsibility for quality assuring all levels of Domestic Abuse (DA) risk gradings, to provide a consistent and comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) process across the force area and to ensure every domestic incident receives the appropriate level of supervision and response. Any change in risk grading will be communicated to the Office in the Case (OIC) via Niche Tasking. To prioritise domestic related custody cases to ensure that the risk assessments are quality assured in preparation for DMM. Review previous domestic occurrences and PNC history for Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) cases, summarise and present at Daily MARAC (DM) conference call. Complete and/or allocate police actions from DM action plan.
