Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Secondary School Teachers to join our educational team. This role involves educating students across various subjects, with a focus on English and Special Education, while implementing effective behaviour management strategies. Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. Educate students in English and Special Education, ensuring that all learners receive the support they need to succeed. Implement behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning. Provide tutoring and additional support for students who require extra help or guidance. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and any concerns that may arise. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent) is essential. Experience in tutoring or teaching English is highly desirable. Knowledge of Special Education practices and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly. Strong behaviour management skills to create a respectful and productive classroom atmosphere. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student success in an inclusive environment.

Pay: 140.00-155.00 per day
