KS3 Secondary Teacher
An excellent opportunity has arisen at an Islamic SecondarySchool in Rochdale.
As the new KS3 Secondary Teacher, your responsibilities will include
teaching core subjects such as Mathematics, English, and Science, as well as preparing and delivering lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
We are seeking a passionate Secondary School Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators at our school in the heart of the community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum- Provide support and guidance to students to help them achieve their full potential- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic growth and personal development- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive classroom environment- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's overall success- Conduct tutoring sessions for students requiring additional support
Experience:
- Qualified teacher status with experience at the secondary school level- Special education experience is desirable- Proven ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues- Strong behaviour management skills to create a positive learning atmosphere- Previous experience in educating and inspiring young minds- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing teaching practices

Salary: Negotiable depending on qualification and experience.

Start Date: As soon as an enhanced DBS is received, and Mandatory online modules have been completed by the candidate.
This Class Teacher role is due to start in September at the start of the next academic year.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service, and employment will be subject to satisfactory references.
