About the role

Heart of Supply is supporting one of our partner secondary schools in Lincoln, who are seeking a dedicated Secondary Teacher to join their MFL department (with a specialism in Spanish) from January 2026 for the remainder of the academic year. This is a full-time position within a supportive and friendly secondary school and will include full teaching responsibilities, delivering high-quality Spanish lessons.

The successful secondary teacher will bring strong subject knowledge (Spanish), confident classroom practice, and a passion for engaging students in language learning.

Part of a Multi-Academy Trust, the school serves approximately 600 students aged 11-18 and is committed to creating a caring, fair, and respectful environment where every individual is valued. What you will need:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent UK secondary classroom experience Subject knowledge (Spanish) and the flexibility to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 Strong behaviour management rooted in respect and clarity Confidence in building quick rapport with students and staff A proactive, adaptable attitude and a genuine passion for Spanish A minimum of 6 weeks' UK teaching experience (including placements)
