We're looking for an experienced Secretary to join our Construction team in Leeds. What will I be doing
Working in conjunction with the Partners and fee earners, you'll organise and prioritise workloads on an ongoing basis, helping to maintain diaries and identify potential scheduling conflicts as and when they arise.
Providing administrative and secretarial support, including correspondence, e-filing, preparation of inward and outward post, and diary/booking management.
Alerting and agreeing with fee earners any changes in circumstance and priority with regard to workload.
Producing / assisting in the completion of monthly bills.
You'll have
Ideally you'll have previous experience working as a Legal Secretary with a law firm, and you'll be keen to develop and learn additional legal skills.
Great organisational and time management skills. You'll be efficient, capable of working to deadlines and able to use your initiative without being prompted.
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and other IT packages.
Previous property experience would be advantageous but not essential.
