Belfield is one of the UK's largest manufacturers of upholstered furniture and soft furnishings. We supply major retail hospitality and commercial brands. Our Belfield Leisure division already supports large projects and we are strengthening our presence in PBSA and BTR, with capability that supports hospitality schemes where relevant.

Purpose of the role

We are increasing our activity in PBSA and BTR and want someone with sector credibility to lead this. Hospitality experience is valuable where it complements PBSA or BTR work. You will be first point of contact with developers operators and scheme owners, secure FF&E projects and influence how early delivery is shaped.

The role

You will develop our standing across PBSA and BTR, build relationships at scheme level and convert FF&E opportunities. You will work closely with design production and installation teams to ensure a smooth early delivery. This role is focused on building new relationships and leading early project stages rather than managing existing accounts. You may also apply your sector knowledge to hospitality projects where these align with our focus.

Build presence with key decision makers in PBSA and BTR Develop and convert a pipeline of FF&E opportunities Lead commercial discussions and shape proposals Support early delivery so clients have a smooth experience Bring sector insight into planning and growth

About you

Established network and credibility in PBSA or BTR at scheme level Track record securing FF&E interiors or fit out packages Hospitality background is advantageous where it supports PBSA or BTR Confident communicator with senior stakeholders Self directed and organised with a collaborative style Willing to travel to sites events and client meetings

What this offers
