With strong UK-based manufacturing, design and installation capability, our Belfield Leisure division are expanding into the Build to Rent (BTR), Hotel and Hospitality and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors.
About the Role
This role will focus on introducing our capability to the BTR, Hotel & Hospitality and PBSA markets, developing new client relationships, securing projects and working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure early schemes are delivered successfully.
You will take responsibility for building our presence in these sectors, supported by established manufacturing and delivery teams. In the initial phase, you will remain involved in the early stages of projects to ensure a coordinated and positive client experience. As activity grows, you will contribute to shaping the structure and support the transition to additional delivery resource.
This opportunity will suit someone who understands the BTR/PBSA landscape, enjoys developing new business and is confident working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects begin well.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships across the BTR, Hotel/ Hospitality & PBSA sectors
Build a pipeline of opportunities and secure new projects
Arrange and attend meetings, site visits and relevant industry events
Prepare proposals and support tender submissions
Lead commercial discussions and agree contract terms
Act as the main point of contact during early project phases
Work with internal design, production and installation teams
Attend sites to support mobilisation and installation activity
Ensure clear communication and strong client experience
Support planning for future resource and structure as workload increases
About You
Strong network and experience preferred in at least one of BTR, Hotel and Hospitality and PBSA
Proven track record securing FF&E / interiors / fit-out contracts
Professional approach with ability to manage early delivery involvement confidently
Clear and credible communicator able to build trust with senior stakeholders
Organised, self-motivated and able to plan and prioritise workload
Collaborative, with high standards of client service and follow-through
Comfortable operating independently while working closely with wider teams
