We are looking for a Sector Director - Healthcare to join our Building Services team in London.
Working a Sector Director you will be responsible for the leadership, customer / client relationships, driving the strategy and delivering projects to the contract requirements and expectations of our customers as well as complying with Skanska governance.
What you'll do:

  • Strategically drive best-in-class operational performance across Healthcare PFI Projects.
  • Promote and visibly lead adherence to the company's Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • Ensure projects comply with contract obligations and deliver added value to customers/clients.
  • Contribute to forecasting and reporting on project budgets, costs, cash flow, and margins.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement meetings and communications at all organisational levels within client and customer structures.
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and useful reports and management information to senior management and clients.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Experience in a Senior Management role
  • Effective and timely communicator
  • Proven record of project delivery
  • Ability to read and interpret a contract
  • Self-motivated strong people leadership skills
  • High level of commercial awareness
