We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Sector Supervisor to lead and support front-line Placemakers across our UK sector. This role is central to ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all self-delivered activities.

Working alongside account management teams and the OSC job management function, you will help maintain performance in line with contractual SLAs and KPIs.


As Sector Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and development of front-line teams, ensuring that colleagues are engaged, trained, and supported to deliver exceptional service.

You will play an active role in operational oversight, compliance, recruitment, and performance management, maintaining standards, fostering strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities


Provide direct line management and ongoing support to front-line Placemakers. Conduct regular planned visits to team members, ensuring each is seen at least every six weeks. Support the Sector Manager with recruitment, vetting, and onboarding, ensuring full compliance and timely vacancy coverage. Ensure all colleagues follow company policies, procedures, and client security requirements. Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, promoting a culture of professionalism and service excellence. Oversee site standards, including audits, stock control, and storage compliance. Ensure completion of all mandatory training and maintain accurate records in line with company requirements. Manage use of time and attendance systems, payroll accuracy, and holiday or absence cover. Lead and motivate your team to promote high morale, engagement, and performance. Address absence and performance issues in line with company policy.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


Proven experience in team supervision or site management, ideally within a multi-site or service delivery environment. Experience in recruitment, induction, and training of front-line staff. Excellent communication and people management skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to manage competing priorities effectively. Customer-focused with the ability to manage client expectations and maintain strong working relationships. Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with a commitment to continuous improvement. Professional and confident, with a collaborative approach to leadership.

Full UK driving licence (required for this role).
