Position Summary

The Securities Services Operations Governance and Controls team has an open role at Executive Director level for a candidate with 1LOD or 2LOD experience in risk assessment or analysis to support the Firmwide Risk Assessor and Firmwide Risk Approver for Transaction Processing and Reporting (TPR) risk. TPR is the Firm\'s Level 2 risk which encapsulates operational failures or delays related to inaccurate or untimely processing of transactions or issues with process management such as transaction reporting, trade capture and payment execution errors.

We are looking for UK-based candidates who will be able to attend the London office in person as required: this role is unlikely to require more than domestic travel.

  • Partner with regional controls teams and 2LOD colleagues to prepare and finalise quarterly QORA for senior management and boards of the UK Legal Entities
