About the Role

A number of permanent and 6-month fixed term Security Agent positions are offered within the Security Team across both Cardiff Airport and St Athan sites.

Security Agents carry out several important accountabilities and responsibilities to ensure that both Cardiff Airport and St Athan Airfield are operated safely, securely and are compliant with security protocols and regulations.

About you

Successful candidates will have good interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication and high levels of integrity and honesty.

They will require great customer service skills as they will operate within a highly customer focused environment and a flexible approach to working hours.

The roles cover the 24-hour period across seven days of the week with mixed hours including early starts, afternoons and nights and will be required to work collaboratively with other departments across the airport assisting in duties where required.

Please note: The successful candidate will be asked to provide a Criminal Record Check to comply with Department for Transport regulations and will be required to apply for a Counter Terrorist Check (CTC).

To be able to apply for a CTC individuals must of lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
