Job Description

The post holder will have a specific security and car parking role to be undertaken as part of the dual responsibility . Security staff respond to all incidents on request by shift manager or nursing staff where an individual(s) is reported to behaving aggressive , violent or antisocial , Security will defuse any given situation accordingly using tact , persuasion and where necessary , controlled restraint techniques. Communication with victims of such incidents and witness to record the pertinent fact of the incident. Daily routine lock ups , checking on areas , department and wards .

Daily walk around site including car parking duties.
