Join Our Team as a Security Coordinator:





The Security Coordinator will work closely with the Regional Operations Managers (ROMs), ensuring that security operations run smoothly and efficiently on each site within each ROM's client portfolio. Both the ROMs and Security Coordinator operate under the direction of the Business Director.



The Security Coordinator responsibilities will include but are not limited to ensuring full shift coverage on sites across the portfolio by liaising with staff and agencies when required, managing core site invoicing, overseeing Timegate administration, processing security license applications and supporting disciplinary investigations when necessary. The role also includes managing the zero-hours team, as well as conducting regular welfare checks onsite to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.


About the Role:





As a Security Coordinator you will be responsible for:


Speak with internal staff and external agencies to fill shift gaps when required. Manage the zero-hours team. This includes conducting regular welfare checks. Liaise with Payroll and HR Departments to resolve individual officer queries Manage Timegate administration and reporting (Training will be provided for this platform). Provide logistical and administrative support for recruitment interviews, including scheduling and candidate communications
