The Role

As a Security Team Member (Door Supervisor), you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment across the resort.

You'll combine a visible security presence with a calm, professional approach -- supporting guest safety, safeguarding, licensing compliance and emergency procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Maintaining a visible security presence across the resort Carrying out patrols and identifying potential risks or hazards Responding calmly and professionally to incidents or emergencies Supporting crowd management during busy periods and events Engaging positively with guests while enforcing resort rules fairly Completing incident reports and daily records accurately Following safeguarding, health & safety and licensing procedures Working closely with Duty Managers and operational teams Using security equipment (including radios and body-worn cameras) in line with training

What We're Looking For

Calm, professional and confident individuals Strong awareness of safety, security and risk prevention Excellent communication and judgement under pressure Reliable, observant and proactive team players Willingness to follow procedures and complete reports accurately

An SIA licence is essential for this role.

Previous security, stewarding or guest-facing experience is desirable but not essential.

Safeguarding & Checks

This role requires strict adherence to safeguarding, health & safety and licensing procedures.
A DBS check may be required depending on duties and deployment.
