Constant Security Services provide Manned Guarding and Event Management to some of the most prestigious events in the UK including Multiple Racecourse Venues, Major Agricultural shows and more.

We are looking to recruit multiple SIA Door Supervisor's to work as part of our new Manchester based events team to work on a brand new contract based in Manchester City Centre.

Our client is one of the UK's leading music schools and holds significant international standing, attracting over 900 students from 60 countries. It is a specialist institution focused on practical training and performance in music and the performing arts.

They are one of Manchester's liveliest music venues, hosting over 400 public performances annually, ranging from opera, symphonic concerts and jazz to popular and world music.

You will work as a Door Supervisor when there are live events on site. These working hours will vary,

usual requirements on evenings and into the early morning so access to transport would be preferred

. There will be ad hoc opportunities to work on days in a security officer role.

Your daily work will help protect customers attending these prestigious events, providing excellent customer service resulting in a very satisfying role with significant potential.

You will be the ambassadors for our clients; one of the first people that visitors see on arrival, setting the tone and ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Some of the duties will include:

Meeting and greeting customers Providing general customer service Checking tickets and providing directions Patrols of site providing a security presence Communicating and reporting any incidents Observing crowd movement Dealing with any anti social behaviour Ensuring Health and Safety polices are adhered to

Requirements:

Door Supervisor experience preferred Excellent communication skills Enjoy meeting new people Confident at dealing with members of the public 5 year+ checkable work/education history in line with BS 7858 Smart and presentable portraying a professional image Excellent time management skills
