Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team.

STARTING ASAP

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both staff and Guests at a very busy Holiday Park in Bude.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. As a Door Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in loss prevention and ensuring compliance with licensing laws.

Duties

Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorised individuals gain access to the premises. Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed. Enforce venue policies and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Prepare incident reports as needed and assist in investigations related to security breaches or disturbances. assist with basic maintenance and arcade issues. Shared Accommodation provided.

Experience

Previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred but not essential. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and patrons alike.

Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
