IMMEDIATE START.

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential security threats. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access. Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals in need. Document incidents and prepare reports for management review. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or emergencies. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict resolution techniques.

Qualifications

Valid SIA badge Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy. Pay: 14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

8 hour shift Monday to Friday
