Security Guard



WHAT YOU'LL DO



As a Security Guard, you are overseeing and managing the security and safety within the site. You play vital role in preventing theft, unauthorised access, and potential hazards by monitoring surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, and managing access control points.




You will:


Work in a proactive way by analysing and assessing any potential risks and take actions to minimize disruptions to the business operation Follow up on safety and security standards throughout the local logistics organization Prevent health & safety issues on H&M premises Deliver most reliable service by creating working climate that avoids risk of fire, criminal behaviour and injuries Follow up on all local legislation and legal requirements concerning security awareness Safeguard company assets including people and information Constantly follow up on Loss Prevention tools to minimize internal and external theft Initiate and execute fraudulent investigations

Aa a Security Guard you are working closely with security team - a dedicated group responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of facility, its inventory, and personnel. You support security manager and local management team.
