The Role

We're seeking experienced, professional Door Supervisors for two premium hospitality venues in Belfast. This is weekend-only work perfect for those looking to supplement their income or seeking consistent part-time employment.

Schedule:

Friday & Saturday nights: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM 16 hours per week guaranteed Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

Maintain professional presence at venue entrances Monitor and control access to premises Ensure compliance with venue policies and licensing requirements Provide excellent customer service to guests Handle any incidents calmly and professionally Work as part of a coordinated team across multiple doors Maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness
Essential Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor License (mandatory) Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality/nightlife venues Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanour at all times Ability to remain calm under pressure Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Physical fitness appropriate for the role
