YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT

At W London, we don't just protect the vibe -- we amplify it. We're on the hunt for a bold, switched on Security Manager (Maternity Cover) who's got eyes everywhere and a heart for hospitality. You'll lead the charge in keeping our guests, talent, and iconic property safe, secure, and sparkling.


Be the mastermind behind emergency plans and safety procedures. Investigate incidents like a pro and recommend smart next steps. Keep our assets locked down and our team switched on. Patrol with purpose. Front of House, Back of House and beyond. Stay in-the-know on local crime trends and security circulations. Ensure our PPE and equipment is in top shape. From radios to first aid. Lead, coach, and inspire your team to be safety superstars. Deliver training that sticks and support development with flair. Champion guest satisfaction and empower talent to go above and beyond.

WHAT YOU BRING
