We are currently recruiting for an established Security Manager (Platform & Support) who will be joining a brand-new function within an existing team where you\'ll have the opportunity to help shape and mould the future of this new team.

Your Role:

• You will manage a new team and focus on developing evolving how platform management and support services are operated. You will be able to contribute and shape the way in which the team operates.
• Implement security assurance standards to govern how our work is undertaken in a highly regulated environment.
• Working closely with our service delivery teams to develop and implement our security support capabilities and service offering.
• Leading and guiding the team in establishing development and training plans to upskill engineers.
• Conducting asset lifecycle maintenance and refresh, monitoring and capacity management
• Working closely with our Cyber Defence teams, run security posture management to validate our security control landscape, and ensure remedial actions are taken appropriately.
• Help shape security controls and contribute towards improving our overall posture.

What You Bring:

• Proven background in security platform management or a security support services role in complex regulated enterprises.
• Good understanding of enterprise security controls
• Previous experiencing in managing engineers responsible for maintaining technical platforms or direct experience in doing so.
• Previous experience in managing engineers responsible for providing support services or direct experience in doing so.
• Any experience of either next generation firewalls, SASE products and vulnerability management tooling in a complex enterprise environment would be beneficial.
• Strong influencing and persuasion skills, building trust-based relationships.
• Clear and concise communication skills with senior leadership.
• Passion for cybersecurity and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience using ITSM Platforms or Project Management Toolsets
