About Us

#TeamCorvus are looking to recruit SIA Licensed Security Guard to join our security team for a long-term client site located in the Abersoch area. The holiday homes on site are all owned the facilities on site are premium and the site is 5 star.

The gatehouse is purpose built, has good heating, fitted kitchen, toilet and large workstation with viewing window and hatch. Electric barriers / gates can all be operated from your location. The site has regular traffic in and out 24/7. You are working as part of a team covering the sites various locations.

You must be able to get to Abersoch to the work location without our assistance.

Start Date

We can start the successful applicant WC 16th June or sooner subject to initial vetting being completed. We are also able to wait out for those who have notice to work as we have cover on site till you start.

Whilst undertaking the shift on the beach 0900-1900 employees are welcome to wear shorts & polo shirt.

Your role will consist of, but not limited to, the following:

Ensuring all owners, personnel and contractors are signed in Visitor check in Deal with members of the public approaching gatehouse Monitor internal CCTV system Monitor fire panel Patrolling the sites Manage the launch areas on the beach Access control for owners areas

The ideal candidate will possess some of the following skills:

Will be honest, reliable and hardworking; Will be punctual; Will be able to communicate clearly and effectively; Be motivated and work well as part of a team; Deliver high levels of customer service.
An SIA licence is require for this role. You will need either a Security Guarding or Door Supervision licence for the role.

A Driving Licence for a minimum of 3 years is also required for the patrol shifts but not necessary for other duties.

You will be screened for this role to BS7858:2019 and you must be able to provide evidence of a 5-year employment/education history and references in a timely manner upon the request.

Pay Type:- PAYE Salary:- 12.99 + 5.6 weeks Holidays + NEST Pension 5.6 weeks paid holiday Pay Timescales:- Weekly or monthly your choice 12 hour shifts, 10 hour shifts, optional shift times available (14:00-00:00) (0900-1900) (14:00-02:00) Starts available within two weeks
