Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure the safety of the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage to property.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid when necessary.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, employees, and visitors.
Qualifications
Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Certification in first aid is desirable; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
