About the Role:

We are currently seeking

dedicated and professional Security Personnel

to join our team full-time. As part of the frontline team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests, staff, and site. This is a highly visible and valued position that contributes directly to the seamless operation of our much-loved resort.

Your Role:

Patrol & Protect

: Conduct routine daytime patrols across our 41-acre resort, covering the theme park, retail outlets, market, and caravan sites.

Frontline Safety

: Act as a visible deterrent to prevent theft, disorder, and damage across all public areas.

Door Supervision

: Work as a Door Supervisor within our licensed show bars and entertainment venues, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests.

Incident Response

: Liaise with external agencies as needed and complete detailed incident reports and logs.

Customer Interaction

: Provide support and assistance to guests and staff in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.

Maintenance Support

: Assist with basic on-site maintenance duties during our winter closed periods. No prior experience is required, as training is provided.

Requirements:

SIA Licence

: A valid SIA qualification is essential for this role.

Excellent Communication

: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially when dealing with challenging situations.

Flexibility

: Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, based on seasonal needs.

Team Player

: A reliable, smart, and cooperative team member with a proactive approach.

Desirable:

Prior experience in a similar security or door supervisory role Confidence using CCTV or monitoring equipment (training available)
