Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

SIA Door Supervisor Trainer

to join our team and deliver high-quality training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing engaging and informative instruction to learners aspiring to obtain their SIA Door Supervisor qualification. You will ensure compliance with SIA regulations and promote a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment.

Duties

Deliver SIA Door Supervisor training courses in line with current SIA standards and guidelines. Prepare course materials and lesson plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of required topics, including conflict management, physical intervention, and emergency procedures. Assess learners' performance through practical and theoretical assessments. Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners achieve certification and competence. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and certification progress. Stay up to date with industry changes and SIA regulations to ensure course content remains current and relevant.

Requirements

Possess an SIA Door Supervisor qualification and training certification. Proven experience as a trainer or in a supervisory role in the security industry. Strong knowledge of SIA regulations, security practices, and conflict resolution. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds. A valid teaching or training qualification, such as PTLLS, AET, or equivalent (preferred).
