Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our fully private dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of dental conditions. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best patient outcomes and maintain a welcoming environment.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with GDC/CQC regulations. Ensure infection control protocols are followed and maintain aseptic techniques in all procedures. Utilize dental software EXACT SOE for patient management and record keeping. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their oral health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists to provide optimal patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices to ensure the highest standards of care. InHouse referrals for Oral Sugery/Implants, and Endodontics is available.

Qualifications

BDS Valid GDC registration to practice dentistry. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry. Previous experience in a private dental clinic is preferred but not required. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and comfort. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
