We are seeking a skilled and passionate self employed Barber to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a vital role in creating stylish and personalised looks for your clients, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and satisfied. We are offering a reduced chair rental rate for a three month period to allow the right candidate to become established.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and styling tailored to individual client preferences. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and products. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to provide contemporary services. Handle tools and equipment with care, ensuring they are properly maintained and sanitised.

Qualifications

Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is essential. Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients. A genuine passion for customer service, demonstrating an ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Knowledge of various hair types and styles, along with the ability to execute diverse cutting techniques. A valid barbering qualification or certification is required

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 35 per week
