Duties

Perform a wide range of beauty treatments that may include eyelash extensions, brows, facials and deep tissue massage. Deliver personalised guest services tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling enquiries efficiently. Utilise social media platforms to promote services, engage with clients, and enhance the salon's online presence. Upsell additional treatments and products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards. Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and guest loyalty.

Skills

Proven experience in management within a beauty or hospitality environment. Strong social media management skills to effectively promote the salon's offerings. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Experience at the front desk handling bookings, enquiries, and guest interactions seamlessly. Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage. Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued. Ability to upsell products and treatments tactfully to enhance client experience. Outstanding communication skills for engaging with clients and team members alike. All positions are self employed but will compliment The Fancy Beauty Company's current demenour.

Pay: 24,420.00-39,084.22 per year
