We are seeking a talented and professional Beautician to join our esteemed beauty salon

This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise a diverse skill set, including skincare, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and massage therapy, within a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing personalised treatments, managing client relationships, and contributing to the centre's reputation for outstanding service.

Duties

Deliver a wide range of beauty treatments such as spmu, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage and slimming treatments Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, guest reception, and administrative tasks Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Utilise social media management skills to promote services, showcase client transformations, and engage with the centre's online community Upsell additional treatments and retail products to maximise client experience and centre revenue Assist with management duties as required, supporting team coordination and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation Offer guest services that create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere conducive to repeat visits Stay informed about industry trends and continuously develop skills in barbering, hospitality, and specialised treatments

Requirements

Proven experience in beauty therapy or related fields such as management or hospitality preferred Skills in social media management and marketing are advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members Proficiency in customer service, front desk operations, and upselling techniques Certification or experience in eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering or other specialised treatments is desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently A professional attitude coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding guest services Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene
