Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including waxing, lashes, brows, massage and makeup application Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual client needs Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and building rapport with clients Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to ensure professional development Promote retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

Qualifications

Proven experience in makeup application and general beauty therapy is desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear advice Friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best Ability to work well within a team whilst also demonstrating independence when required Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy or related fields are preferred but not essential for entry-level applicants
