Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and experience in various building tasks. This role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Duties

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, tacking and insulation of walls. Carry out construction painting duties, including surface preparation and application of finishes. Engage in building works along with groundworks. Attention for detail required and ability to work without supervision. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Assist in the construction processes as needed, contributing to the overall project goals. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in building works is essential. Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the building trade. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical fitness is required for lifting heavy materials and performing manual tasks on-site. A valid driver's licence is required.

Pay: 13.21-16.55 per hour
