Seeking self employed - live in care professional's.

Added Care LTD is expanding its team to onboard more individuals who are compassionate and dedicated to their career as a self employed care professionals. We seek only those who have a strong work ethic, a firm understanding of their role including responsibilities as a self employed care professional and are willing to ensure compliance for our CQC registration.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly those requiring assistance with daily living activities. This role offers our clients the choice of companionship care, personal care, and complex care assistance. We provide support for individuals with varying needs, including those with Dementia, Parkinson's or other complex health needs.

Duties

To enhance a clients daily living with comfort, companionship and socialising. Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care chores: bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide emotional support if/when required. Manage all care needs effectively and ensure a calm and safe environment for clients. Perform moving and handling when necessary to assist clients with mobility or transfers. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to your line manager and appropriate family member.

Qualifications

Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of dementia care and complex care needs is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients. Ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience and understanding. Physical capability to perform moving and handling tasks when required. Assist with mobility tasks and knowledge around current equpitment. Valid driver's licence is preferred for transportation duties. Certification in relevant training is an asset but not mandatory. A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need is absolute.
