We are seeking a skilled and reliable Person to join our construction and fabrication team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, joinery, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. This role involves hands-on tasks requiring precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment Perform carpentry and joinery tasks to construct or repair structures Conduct roofing work, including installation and maintenance of roofing materials Carry out plumbing tasks such as pipe fitting and fixture installation Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing Assist with electrical installations and wiring in compliance with safety standards Undertake heavy lifting and manoeuvre materials safely on-site Apply construction painting techniques for finishing surfaces Follow detailed plans and specifications to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organised work environment adhering to health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, joinery, roofing, plumbing, masonry or electrical work Competence with hand tools and power tools relevant to construction trades Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Knowledge of construction painting techniques is advantageous Familiarity with health and safety procedures within the construction sector Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction trades are desirable but not essential
