Job Overview

Hi we need one or even two guys to build some garden sheds on a building site in Outwell these will be on a price work basis there are around 40 to build all flat pack with all fixings supplied sheds are on site outside the plots ready to go, once this job is completed for the right candidate we are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our dynamic team Full time, The ideal person will have a strong background in various aspects of joinery and construction including previous site based applications, ideally willing to take on internal roofing joints, 1st, 2nd and 3rd fixing. This role requires a hands-on approach, The successful applicant will also be expected to have the own transport and tools.

Responsibilities

Hanging doors, fitting architrave and skirting, ironmongery, vanity units in some applications may also include windows boards stud walls. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to ensure precision in all work completed. Carry out all tasks, ensuring all installations are correct and meet regulations. Perform heavy lifting as required during the construction process. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in joinery or carpentry is essential. Strong skills in fabrication and assembly techniques. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Experience in construction painting is desirable. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
