Self-Employed CIS Registered Plumbers

We have a number of ongoing and upcoming contracts for which we are seeking skilled plumbers with domestic and commercial experience to work, on a contractual basis. Your responsibilities will include a range of plumbing tasks, from maintenance and repairs to installation and fit-out projects in both domestic and commercial settings. Work is not guaranteed but opportunities can be anywhere from a few days to up to a year-dependant on the contract. The right candidate is ideally someone who understands the nature of commercial and domestic construction projects, has a high skill level and attention to detail and a reasonable understanding of how to read drawings but this is not essential. Excellent people skills, communication and professionalism is vital as there will be some interaction directly with the client/customer.

Qualifications and Requirements:

CIS Registration:

Must be self-employed and CIS registered.

Experience:

A minimum of 1 years of relevant plumbing experience.

Qualification:

Hold a relevant plumbing qualification and CSCS card

Skills:

Proficient in plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with domestic and commercial plumbing and heating systems.

Tools:

Provide your own tools and PPE.

Transportation:

Own transportation for getting to job sites or ability to commute

Punctuality:

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Communication:

Good communication skills with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

Perform plumbing maintenance and repair tasks. Install and fit-out domestic and commercial plumbing systems. Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high-quality finish within industry standards. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
