We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Ensure that all painting work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with project specifications.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a clean workspace.
Follow safety protocols to minimise risks associated with painting tasks.
Requirements
Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Valid driving licence is preferred for transportation to various job sites.
Previous experience in painting or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to deliver precise finishes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A commitment to maintaining high safety standards while on the job.
