Telephonist Wanted - Join Our Growing Taxi Team!

Location: Working in our Belper office

Hours: 30 hours per week covering Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Salary: To Be Discussed

We're a busy, expanding local taxi company looking for a friendly and reliable Telephonist to join our team. If you have a background in customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and booking taxis using our iCabbi dispatch system Providing excellent customer service over the phone Coordinating with drivers and dispatch to ensure prompt service Handling a range of enquiries and resolving customer issues politely and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service or a call-handling role Clear and confident phone manner Good local knowledge (or willingness to learn) Strong computer skills and ability to multitask Calm, reliable, and able to work under pressure

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 350.00 per week

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Icabbi: 1 year (required) Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred) Customer Service: 2 years (required)
