Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and booking taxis using our iCabbi dispatch system
Providing excellent customer service over the phone
Coordinating with drivers and dispatch to ensure prompt service
Handling a range of enquiries and resolving customer issues politely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service or a call-handling role
Clear and confident phone manner
Good local knowledge (or willingness to learn)
Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
Calm, reliable, and able to work under pressure
