Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible self employed delivery driver to join our team. The delivery driver will be responsible for delivering white goods to customers in a safe and timely manner.

Pay rate is a minimum of 12.21 an hour

2-man crew .

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently deliver white goods to customers' designated locations within specified timeframes. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanour when interacting with customers during deliveries. Adhere to all traffic laws, road regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices. Communicate effectively with dispatch, colleagues, and customers to provide updates on delivery statuses. Prioritize safety at all times, taking necessary precautions to secure loads and ensure personal and public safety.
Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old due to insurance requirements. Possess a valid full UK driver's license for a minimum of one year with no more than 6 points. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally. Ability to navigate using GPS and other navigation tools effectively. Good organizational and time-management skills. Physically capable of lifting and carrying white goods into the room of choice with the help of a driver's mate. Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a 2-man team. Previous experience in delivery services is a plus.
